Why We Built This Site
Kansas gives the public access to many court and public records, but the right Marshall County office depends on the record type. The Clerk of the District Court handles District Court case files, marriage licenses, probate filings, divorce decrees, small claims, traffic cases filed in District Court, and the public access computer. The Sheriff's Office handles jail and law-enforcement paths. Municipal courts handle city ordinance and traffic matters. State portals handle CaseSearch, traffic payments, driver records, KDOC offender information, and federal court records when a case is not local.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
